Hello, I’m Dr. Katie.

I graduated with a degree of Naturopathic Medicine from the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine in New Westminster, B.C. (2019) and a Bachelor of Science degree from the the University of British Columbia in Biology and Botany (2014). I am a member of the Cortes Community Health Associated board, and have clinical practices based out of Cortes Island, Parksville, Qualicum Beach and Port Alberni on Vancouver Island, B.C.

My love of plants comes from my mother and growing up with her in Kitsilano and on Cortes Island. From a young age this love of nature helped spark my interest in herbal medicines and later led me down the path to naturopathic medicine where I am excited to build a career utilizing natural healing modalities.

In practice my goal is to empower my patients to take charge of their health and build the conditions to create well-being in the mind, body and spirit.

When not in the clinic, you can find me outside exploring nature with my dog, working on my next knitting project, or making one of my regular trips to the family farm on Cortes Island.
